A Tribute To A Good Man

Another good man is called home before his time
you left a good impression on a group of people
you have known for a short time
we wish you were still here
still smiling and joking
your good hearty laugh
and time off whistle you like blowing
but I must from the heart say this
you are a one and only and you will truly be missed
we had good times and I’m sure we will have more
when you get to the gates of heaven Jesus will open the door
you will be ushered in with praise and love
we know you will be smiling down on us from above
